His deep clinical background informs every stage of Norien's product development, ensuring that scientific innovation is grounded in real-world patient needs and clinical practice.

Cecilia Hung co-founded Norien Biotech and serves as Chief Executive Officer, leading the company’s commercialization strategy. With more than 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical technology development, her expertise spans new drug development, project management, regulatory affairs, and business development. She brings together scientific, regulatory, and commercial perspectives to advance Norien’s biomaterial technologies toward clinical and commercial applications.

Hui-Wen Chen oversees product management and regulatory pathway execution for Norien Biotech's Health Supplement Department. With 15 years of experience in medical device development and regulatory affairs, she brings deep expertise in navigating the requirements of health authorities and managing product lifecycles from development through to market approval. Her extensive background ensures that Norien's health supplement portfolio meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Yi-Yen Yeh serves as R&D Manager at Norien Biotech, leading the technical development of the company’s biomaterial platforms. With more than four years of hands-on experience in medical device R&D, she manages research activities and product development programs, helping translate scientific findings into practical development milestones.
